Do not include password in the initial setup email for security purposes
Do not include the username and password in the email that is sent to FHTM users when the account is created. This could pose a security risk for the user.
We are aware of this concern with FHTM confirmation emails. We do not have direct access to these emails as they are handled by FHTM. However, we are working to find an alternative to providing account passwords to our customers. Thanks for the feedback!
